We are currently seeking a fluent Mandarin speaker to join our reservations team here in Queenstown. If you have a real passion for tourism, stellar attention to detail, and a desire to exceed customers' expectations, we would love to hear from you!
The role involves dealing with phone and email reservations for both wholesale and retail channels, maximising the sales of all Southern Discoveries products, following up queries, and undertaking administrative duties as required. You will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to our Chinese agents via the the WeChat App.
To be successful in this role your will possess the following:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
· Highly professional phone manner
· Ability to sell and think on your feet
· Outstanding administration and organisational skills
· Stellar attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
· Ability to deliver fantastic customer service at all times
· Previous experience in a reservations or similar position
The role is full time and involves shift work over a seven day roster which will include weekends and public holidays. Start and finishing times will vary. 
We provide a welcoming office environment in Remarkables Park, with free parking available.  You will also have the opportunity to work in our Queenstown Wharf office, in a picturesque location right next to Lake Wakatipu.  Comprehensive training is provided.
