 Southern Discoveries is committed to delivering a high-quality visitor experience in Queenstown and Fiordland on our fleet of boats, coaches, and adventure activities.

We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant for our Te Anau based Finance Team. This is a fixed-term position to cover Maternity Leave.

We are looking for the following skills, experience, and attributes:

o Front office sales and coach dispatch

o Checking & filing emails 

o Processing, Reconciling and Distributing invoices for approval and payment 

o System checking ensure purchase invoices are going to correct person for approval.

o Banking & site deposits

o Any other bookkeeping functions as required and directed

o Knowledge and experience with Xero a distinct advantage

o Team Player

o Excellent attention to detail

o Happy to work in both back-office and customer-facing positions
